ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Journeyman Plumber, your day starts from the comfort of your home as you dispatch directly to job sites in the DFW area-no need to check in at a central office. You diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, install plumbing systems and fixtures, and handle leak detection, camera inspections, and tankless water heaters.

Customer service is a big part of the job-you easily communicate with homeowners, ensuring they feel confident in the work being done. Throughout the day, you maintain your tools, equipment, and company-provided vehicle, keeping everything running smoothly. When the workday is done, you head home-no late nights, no last-minute calls, just a job well done.

Schedule & Location: This position works Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. You'll enjoy no nights, weekends, or on-call shifts and start your day from home and dispatch directly to job sites-no unnecessary stops!

What You Need to Bring to the Team:

• Current Texas Journeyman or Tradesman Plumber License
• Experience in residential service work
• Proficiency in leak detection, camera inspections, and tankless water heaters
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
