• Knows how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Educates and assists customers on the importance of sewer repair and replacement.
• Helps customers select the right maintenance plan and understand warranty information.
• Has a strong desire to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today.

A Mainstream Plumbing Drain Technician Should:

• Be personable and professional with a knack for diffusing messy situations.
• Have two or more years in the Plumbing / Drains industry preferred but not required
• Be highly motivated, self-starter who’s flexible and has a great attitude on life.
• Have a valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years
• Be a High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required.
