WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

The Plumbing Customer Service Rep role operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. This role has the opportunity to become full-time.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As a Plumbing Customer Service Rep, your day will revolve around efficiently dispatching service calls and ensuring prompt customer support. You'll manage administrative tasks including filing, email correspondence, and utilizing software like Excel and Word.
