What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Work closely with customers to determine the best plumbing solutions
• Install, repair, and replace plumbing, drains, and fixtures
• Charge and collect payments for work performed according to company policies
• Accurately document work performed in ServiceTitan (including photos and job descriptions)
• Maintain service vehicle and present a clean, professional appearance
• Provide excellent customer service and educate homeowners on system maintenance

What You Bring

• 1+ year of experience as a service plumber or plumbing apprentice
• Must be 21 or older
• Authorized to work in the US
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record (required)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test (required)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
• Knowledge of plumbing systems
• Service Titan knowledge a plus
• Good communication and listening skills
• Good work ethic and
