Compensation:
$70,000 – $110,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)

What You’ll Do
As a Residential Plumber, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service and installations for our customers. Responsibilities include:
- Pre-measuring job sites to ensure accurate and efficient installations
- Installing plumbing systems and equipment in compliance with safety standards, company policies, and manufacturer specifications
- Ensuring all work meets local codes and regulations
- Maintaining a clean, organized job site and well-stocked service vehicle
- Accurately completing invoices, timecards, customer feedback, and option sheets in a timely manner
- Collaborating directly with customers to present solutions, explain options, and recommend packages that fit their needs and budget
What You Bring
- Minimum of 2+ years of residential, in-home plumbing experience
- Experience with both indoor and outdoor residential plumbing systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to engage with homeowners, explain technical information clearly, and build trust
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
