What You’ll Do
Perform Residential Plumbing Repairs & Maintenance Handle a wide range of services including toilet repairs, faucet installations, water heater replacements, and general plumbing repairs.
Troubleshoot & Diagnose Issues Inspect systems, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions with confidence.
Install Plumbing Systems & Fixtures Install and replace sinks, faucets, toilets, water heaters, and more — always following safety and building codes.
Deliver Outstanding Customer Service Communicate clearly with homeowners, explain issues, provide accurate estimates, and recommend the best solutions.
Ensure Code Compliance Complete all work in accordance with local, state, and national plumbing codes.
Conduct System Inspections Evaluate plumbing systems for performance, water quality, and safety.
Document Work Using ServiceTitan Track materials, update work orders, and maintain accurate records.
Promote Safety & Quality Follow all safety protocols to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
What You Bring
3+ years of residential plumbing experience Skilled in repairs, maintenance, and installations.
Valid New York plumbing license
Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software (a plus)
Strong communication skills Able to explain issues and solutions clearly and professionally.
Excellent problem‑solving abilities
High attention to detail Committed to quality workmanship and code compliance.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
