Residential Plumbing Technician

CJS Heating & Air is seeking skilled Residential Plumbing Technicians to join our growing team of professionals. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, deliver excellent customer service, and are motivated to succeed in a performance-driven environment.

Compensation

• $20.00 – $50.00 per hour (performance-based, uncapped commission structure)
• Top-performing technicians earn $50.00+ per hour

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems and fixtures
  • Includes toilets, faucets, water heaters, and general plumbing components
• Perform common plumbing repairs and soldering
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, functionality, water quality, and code compliance
• Troubleshoot issues, diagnose problems, and recommend appropriate solutions
• Respond to service calls and prepare accurate cost estimates
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Minimum of two years of residential plumbing experience
• Working knowledge of residential plumbing systems and repairs
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and customer service abilities
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
