🕒 Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers at the counter with order entry and product selection
• Provide excellent customer service and identify upsell opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Pull and prepare customer orders accurately
• Support inventory management, stocking, and product organization
• Collaborate with Branch Manager and Outside Sales to grow business
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work with manufacturer reps to support product lines and customer needs

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales or customer service experience (plumbing/HVAC a plus)
• Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn industry products
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
