Pay: $20 - $50/Hour (Performance Based + Uncapped Commission)

What YOU will do as a Plumbing Technician:

• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
• Install Plumbing equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Ensure all installs are up to code
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
• Work directly with customers to design options and packages to fit their needs and budget when applicable

What YOU will bring as a Plumbing Technician:

• 2+ years of Residential in home plumbing experience
• Residential Indoor and Outdoor Plumbing Experience
• Great Customer Service and Communication Skills 

• Ability to work in home and at the table with the customer to help them understand and
  build value on options provided

• Willingness to Work as Part of a Team
