Who You Are 

As our Plumbing Field Supervisor, you will be overseeing our installers, run warranty calls, reviewing recalls, training, and setting your plumbing team up for success. This role is 80% in the field and 20% in the office.   

Essential Job Functions  

 

• Job quality control and inspections
• Customer issue handling and resolution
• Support and coach field technicians
• Assist with day-to-day field operations
• Ensure jobs are completed to company standards
• Work closely with management on technician performance and training

Required Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of plumbing experience 
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills 
  • Journeyman license preferred 
  • Previous experience in a leadership type role 
  • Clean driving record 
  • Basic computer skills, ability to use an iPad to document work 
  • Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in the English language

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 150 pounds. The employee must be comfortable working in tight spaces for an extended period of time in attics and crawl spaces as needed. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. 

The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; extreme cold and extreme heat. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; outside weather conditions and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. 

Compensation & Hours 

  • Pay: $90,000+
  • Hours: 8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (flexible start and end times depending on business needs) 
  • Days: Monday - Friday, some evenings
