What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the go-to expert keeping commercial systems running smoothly and customers happy.

• Tackle troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical systems (up to 50 tons)
• Perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling systems
• Work independently while delivering top-notch customer service
• Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs
• Follow all safety standards and customer requirements
• Explain repair options clearly and provide accurate estimates
• Use company software to manage jobs and documentation
• Stay sharp on company policies, pricing, and best practices

What You Bring to the Table

You know your stuff—and you show up ready to work.

• 5+ years of commercial plumbing/HVAC experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Solid understanding of refrigeration, HVAC systems, and controls
• Knowledge of basic electrical systems
• Ability to read and work from schematics
• Universal EPA Certification
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Your own tools
• OSHA Certification (a plus)
• Backflow License
• Physically ready to lift, move, and stay active throughout the day
