Responsibilities:
Bid-on and accurately attain maintenance service agreements.
Increase, and improve HVAC Service Department’s revenue and profitability
Work closely with clients, and leading technicians as well as other office staff-members.
Requirements:
Local
Stable work history.
3+ years as a Service Tech and 3+ years as a Service manager.
Strong knowledge in: State Building Codes, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel), among other CRM software is a plus.
