Position Overview

A well-established residential plumbing company in West Cleveland is seeking an experienced Residential Service Plumber to join its growing team. This is a service-focused role ideal for a plumber who enjoys diagnosing issues, providing solutions to homeowners, and completing quality work during normal business hours.

This position offers a commission-based pay structure with a guaranteed base, a company vehicle, and a balanced schedule — no nights, weekends, or emergency calls.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Commission-based pay with guaranteed base pay

  • 20% commission*

  • Company vehicle provided

  • Dispatched from home or shop (your choice)

  • Benefits available after approximately 60 days

  • No on-call rotation

  • No emergency services

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform residential plumbing service and repair work, including diagnostics and troubleshooting

  • Clearly explain issues, solutions, and recommended solutions to homeowners

  • Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship

  • Accurately document work performed and materials used

  • Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and work area

  • Provide professional, respectful customer service on every call

Qualifications

  • Journeyman-level residential plumbing experience

  • Strong troubleshooting and service background

  • Comfortable working independently in residential settings

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to communicate clearly with homeowners

  • No plumbing license required

Work Schedule

  • Monday–Friday

  • Daytime service calls only

  • No nights, weekends, or emergency work
