About the Role:
Iron Oak Plumbing Inc is looking for a motivated Laborer/Apprentice Plumber to join our growing team in the greater Sacramento, CA area! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, begin learning the trade from the ground up, and build a rewarding career in the plumbing industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Foreman and plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations
- Help with pipe fitting, cutting, and assembly of plumbing systems
- Willingness and ability to perform manual work following verbal and written instructions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on all job sites
- Follow all safety protocols, building codes, and company procedures
- Learn and apply plumbing trade skills under the guidance of experienced plumbers
Requirements:
- No prior plumbing experience required
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, and climbing
- Ability to shovel cement, dirt, or gravel into construction area
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time and perform strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions
- Ability to follow directions and work well within a team environment
- Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
- Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
