Working directly with ownership, you’ll have a voice in shaping the standards, systems, and long-term direction of ReliaBee Plumbing by contributing to:
- Department growth and development
- Service standards and best practices
- Technician mentoring and training
- Inventory, equipment, and department process recommendations
- Customer experience initiatives
- Long-term department leadership

What We’re Looking For
- Texas Journeyman Plumbing License
- Strong residential service and diagnostic experience
- Ability to educate homeowners and provide honest recommendations
- Experience with water heaters, water quality, drain systems, leak diagnosis, and residential plumbing repairs
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Self-motivated professional who enjoys solving challenging problems
- Interest in mentoring others and helping build a growing department
- Valid Texas Driver License
