What We’re Looking For!

- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions
- Install, maintain, and repair sanitation units, water and gas supply lines, heating systems, and associated fixtures and appliances in residential homes
- Design and inspect plumbing systems, perform diagnostics, and ensure they comply with regulatory codes
- Must be able to work independently and solve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Must have strong technical skills, be a master at troubleshooting and enjoy dealing with people
- Explain to the client the services you are providing and show customers that Village Home Services provides superior service and value
- Must be willing to be apart of commission based sales in addition to hourly pay, and on call emergency rotations
- You are a licensed Master Plumber in the state of MA
- 1+ years of experience residential plumbing experience
- Experience in running residential service calls
- Customer-focused with very good communication skills
- You have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Self-motivated, accountable, values high-integrity
- You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass criminal background and drug test
