- Active Licensed Master Plumber certification (required)
- Hands-on experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing
- Ability to lead projects, train apprentices, and ensure quality workmanship
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
- Customer-first mindset – pride in delivering great service
- Attention to detail and a clean, organized work style
- Ability to pass a drug test
