This is a full-time, hands-on role for a plumbing professional with deep knowledge of commercial systems-both underground and above-ground-including fixture installation. Key Responsibilities
Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs on commercial plumbing systems.
Complete under-slab rough-ins, above-ground pipework, and fixture installation per plans and code.
Interpret blueprints, building codes, and job specifications accurately.
Ensure proper compliance with plumbing standards and safety procedures.
Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and internal team members.
Troubleshoot plumbing issues and identify effective solutions quickly and efficiently.
Maintain clear and accurate service logs and installation documentation.
Mentor apprentices and support a culture of safety and excellence on job sites.
Qualifications
10+ years of plumbing experience, preferably in commercial field settings.
Active Journeyman Plumber license required.
Med Gas certification preferred.
Proficiency in underground and above-ground plumbing systems and commercial fixture installation.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints with precision.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented with strong communication skills.
