Inducon Plumbing & Hydronics is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Plumber to join our team.

We specialize in high-end custom residential plumbing, hydronic heating systems, commercial plumbing, and complex mechanical projects. We are not a production plumbing company. Our reputation has been built by doing quality work the first time and treating customers with professionalism and respect.

What You'll Do

• Lead plumbing projects from start to finish
• Manage crews and coordinate daily job site activities
• Read blueprints and oversee layout and installation
• Install and troubleshoot advanced plumbing and hydronic systems
• Coordinate with builders, homeowners, inspectors, and project managers
• Maintain exceptional workmanship and job-site organization

Qualifications

• Colorado Master Plumber license preferred (Journeyman with leadership skills will also be considered)
• Strong experience in custom residential and / or commercial plumbing
• Hydronic heating experience is highly desirable
• Leadership and project management experience
• Ability to read plans and manage multiple projects
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver license with clean driving record
