The position: We are looking for a plumber to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who can be responsible for the maintenance and repair of plumbing systems.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program or general training and experience as a maintenance plumber
• Valid Washington state driver’s license with a fully insurable driving record
• Valid Washington state plumber’s license

What will you do?

• Install, replace, service, and repair a variety of residential and commercial plumbing
• Accurately record material usage and complete maintenance work orders
• Maintain an adequate supply of replacement parts
• Assist in a program of instructing residents in the care of plumbing systems
• Install and repair lawn sprinkler systems
