You’ll work side-by-side with experienced plumbers who will teach you the trade while you help them deliver five-star service to our customers.

This is a hands-on apprenticeship where you’ll gain real experience in the field while building the skills needed to eventually become a licensed Journeyman Plumber.

What You’ll Be Doing

You won’t be stuck standing around holding tools ....you’ll be learning the trade the right way.

You’ll help our plumbing technicians by:

• Assisting with plumbing inspections, maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics
• Helping install fixtures, piping, and supporting drain cleaning work
• Preparing and protecting job sites before work begins
• Cleaning up job sites and making sure customers’ homes are treated with respect
• Organizing tools, materials, and equipment for each job
• Keeping company trucks clean, stocked, and ready to roll
• Helping in the warehouse by pulling materials and preparing jobs for the team
• Delivering parts and tools to technicians when needed
• Participating in training and mentorship to grow your plumbing knowledge

Basic Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation to the shop each day
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and tight areas
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in the plumbing trade
• Construction or trade experience
• Familiarity with hand tools or power tools
