Plumbing Estimator/Mechanical Estimator/Electrical Estimator will work for a fourth-generation, privately owned and operated company since 1928, is New York's preeminent provider of plumbing, heating & air conditioning, fire protection and green solution services.
Plumbing Estimator/Mechanical Estimator/Electrical Estimator will be required to work with a company with a century of expertise. The company has played a vital role in New York Cityβs construction industry, earning a reputation for professionalism and reliability.
An Ideal Plumbing Estimator/Mechanical Estimator/Electrical Estimator will have plumbing-specific experience and good tenure.

Plumbing Estimator/Mechanical Estimator/Electrical Estimator Responsibilities
- Review project plans and specifications to determine scope of work.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and field staff to ensure accurate execution of project requirements.
- Support the estimating department in delivering competitive and accurate bids.
Plumbing Estimator/Mechanical Estimator/Electrical Estimator Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience as an Estimator in the plumbing industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and costs.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
