Key Responsibilities
  • Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations in residential homes.
  • Diagnose plumbing issues and determine the best course of action.
  • Provide excellent customer service, explaining solutions to homeowners.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and up to code.
  • Maintain and care for company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
  • Document all work performed and provide reports as needed.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete service calls.

Qualifications
  • Prior 3+ year experience in plumbing, field service, or a related trade is preferred.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot common residential plumbing issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be comfortable using smartphones/tablets for work orders and communication.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Schedule
  • Full-time position
  • Monday - Friday (with potential for overtime and occasional weekend work)
  • On-call schedule will be required after training.
