Job Overview:
Bingham Mechanical, Inc. is actively seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead our skilled plumbing crews on projects in the Chandler, AZ area. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, coordinating with project managers, ensuring safety standards, and delivering top-tier plumbing systems on time and within budget. Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:
  • Supervise and lead plumbing crews in the installation of plumbing systems per specifications and blueprints.
  • Coordinate project phases with the Project Manager and other trades.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
  • Schedule and conduct team meetings to align on daily goals and tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of job progress, material usage, and workforce hours.
  • Support team development by mentoring and training plumbers and apprentices.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and inspectors.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess:
  • Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman or similar leadership role in plumbing.
  • Valid journeyman plumbing license (Arizona) or ability to obtain.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and project documentation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Committed to safety, quality, and continuous team improvement.

Schedule:
Full-time: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week
