If so, Cape Cod Tech is interested in hiring you for its Plumbing program.

Candidates should possess strong content knowledge as well as a desire to teach and work with young adults. MA Dept of Elementary and Secondary Education Chapter 74 teaching license in Plumbing and Heating and/or teaching experience preferred. Applicants without a teaching license may be eligible for a one-year waiver to complete Preliminary License requirements, provided that they can pass a CORI and fingerprint background checks, have a high school diploma or equivalent, possess at least five years of full-time employment experience related to plumbing, and possess a current MA Journeyman Plumber license and a current MA Master Plumber license. Preliminary teaching license requirements include taking and passing three exams: the MA Vocational Literacy test, the MA Chapter 74 written test in plumbing and the MA Chapter 74 performance test in plumbing. Note: an associate degree may substitute for one of the five years of required employment experience and a bachelor's degree may substitute for two of the five years provided that the degree includes subject matter knowledge related to plumbing technical knowledge or skills.
