Paul Rupp Plumbing and Heating LLC is urgently seeking honest and reliable Plumbing Mechanics with a strong background in new construction plumbing. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at full system rough-ins, layout, and fixture installations in both residential and light commercial buildouts.. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Layout and rough-in of plumbing systems for residential and commercial new builds
  • Install drain, waste, vent (DWV), water supply, and gas piping systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints, job specs, and mechanical plans
  • Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend lasting solutions
  • Install fixtures: tubs, showers, water heaters, boilers, radiant systems, and valves
  • Work with contractors, inspectors, and site supervisors to ensure job progression
  • Maintain clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant job sites
  • Document job progress and materials used via company tech tools
  • Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Travel locally to job sites as needed

Required Qualifications:
  • Valid Driver's License
  • 3+ years of experience as a Plumbing Mechanic in new construction
  • Proficient in residential and commercial plumbing
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
  • Skilled in new construction, ability to perform renovations/service work to code is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Physically capable of climbing, lifting 50+ lbs, bending, working in tight spaces, all weather conditions
  • Honest, Hardworking, Self-motivated, reliable, and punctual
  • You will need your own plumbing hands tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Work Schedule:
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Overtime available based on project needs as well as Saturdays
  • Rotating 'On Call' with additional earning potential
