Plumbing Production Manager

We’re looking for a Plumbing Production Manager who’s ready to take ownership of daily plumbing operations and lead from the front. What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all plumbing install and service production, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to company standards

• Dispatch, monitor, and support a growing team of top-performing plumbers and helpers

• Drive performance metrics and create plans to maximize efficiency and profitability

• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate schedules, resolve issues, and deliver 5-star customer experiences

• Lead daily huddles and coach your team for growth, safety, and success

• Manage inventory, equipment, and fleet related to the plumbing division

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of operational leadership experience (residential experience in construction, home services, or related preferred)

• Proven success in managing field teams and production KPIs

• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure

• A servant leader who can build trust, deliver results, and bring out the best in others

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
