About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Project Manager to oversee commercial plumbing and fire protection projects from pre-construction through project completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, project budgeting, scheduling, client management, and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial plumbing and fire protection projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project financials, including forecasting, billing, and change order management.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Supervise field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare project reports and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, building codes, and company quality standards.
• Resolve project issues while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
• 5–10 years of commercial plumbing project management experience.
• Experience managing commercial plumbing and fire protection projects.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and change order management.
• Experience using Procore and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
