YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A PLUMBING SERVICE AND INSTALL COORDINATOR

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

As our Plumbing Service and Install Coordinator, you'll be at the center of daily operations, helping connect customers with the solutions they need. Your day will involve learning the business, assessing and prioritizing urgent service requests, communicating professionally with clients and teammates, and ensuring technicians receive accurate, detailed information to perform their work successfully. You'll play a key role in creating a seamless customer experience by documenting service requests, repairs, calls, and client interactions while keeping everyone informed and on track.
