What needs to be accomplished:

  • While technical skills are essential, success in this role hinges on your ability to earn trust, communicate clearly, and deliver long-term value to homeowners.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing issues efficiently and accurately
  • Educate homeowners on technical information, solutions, and recommendations 
  • Proactively recommend upgrades, preventative services, or improvements such as tankless water heaters, filtration systems, or service plans
  • Perform thorough whole-home safety inspections (60–90 minutes per visit)
  • Prepare accurate service quotes and invoices using company software (ServiceTitan)
  • Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training to improve customer communication and technical expertise

What success looks like:

  • Complete 3–4 service calls per day
  • Achieve a 70%+ conversion rate on recommended services
  • Conduct comprehensive safety inspections on each call
  • Contribute to membership plan sales
  • Maintain a monthly callback rate of under 3%
  • Build strong relationships with homeowners and deliver 5-star customer experiences

Requirements
  • Plumbing license preferred (state-specific)
  • 3–5 years of hands-on residential plumbing experience
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus
Salary Description
$25-$40 /hour DOE
