McWilliams is growing our Residential Plumbing Service Team in Livingston, and we're looking for a customer-focused Service Plumber who wants steady call volume and real earning potential.

What You'll Do

• Run maintenance and service calls as dispatched, keeping customers updated with accurate ETAs
• Complete a full system inspection on every call and walk the customer through what you find
• Present clear, tiered (ABC) repair and replacement options, plus service agreements and accessories
• Manage truck stock and the PO process for parts; return warranty and unused inventory to the branch
• Keep your vehicle clean, stocked, and inspection-ready
• Complete all required documentation accurately
• Represent McWilliams professionally and follow all safety policies

• A motivated, team-oriented professional who takes pride in clean, done-right work
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations

Requirements

• 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience required
• Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License preferred — or in process of / willing to obtain
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Comfortable using a tablet, smartphone, and GPS
