As a Plumber, you’ll play a key role in our team’s success by becoming the founding member of our plumbing division, with an opportunity to build your own team. You’ll troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues, while communicating with customers and coordinating with teammates to get the job done safely and exceptionally. In this role, you’ll perform plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs while recommending multiple service options to customers to ensure we meet their needs and preferences. You’ll work cross functionally with dispatchers to provide exceptional customer service and help streamline company operations by providing detailed recording keeping for future service projects. Responsibilities The responsibilities below include, but are not limited to:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, drains, and other related components
Install new plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment as required
Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues with water pressure, leaks, clogs, and flow efficiency.
Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended repairs or replacements to customers
Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
Complete service tickets, reports, and documentation accurately and promptly
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in clean and safe working conditions
Deliver professional, courteous, and timely service to all customers
Participate in ongoing training to stay current with plumbing technologies and best practices
Requirements
High School Diploma and Technical Trade School
Valid plumbing license or certification
Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential or commercial plumbing service
Strong troubleshooting, mechanical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in various environments
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored visa sponsorship. The Company participates in E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility.

$65K-$150K Full time with overtime as necessary
