Leaky’s Water & Air is looking for a Plumbing Supervisor in Lubbock to help lead our plumbing team as we continue to grow.
This role is for someone who knows plumbing well and can also help organize crews, keep jobs moving, and make sure the team is doing things the right way.
We serve homeowners and businesses across the area and need a strong leader to help manage our plumbing operations.
What you’ll do:
Lead and support plumbing technicians in the field
Schedule jobs and coordinate crews with dispatch
Train and coach plumbers to improve skills and performance
Make sure work is completed correctly and customers are taken care of
Review jobs and ensure they are priced, completed, and billed properly
Help manage trucks, tools, inventory, and warehouse organization
Track department performance and help improve results
