Plumbing Technician

As a Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing plumbing issues, providing clear repair or replacement options, and delivering high-quality service to homeowners.

This role combines technical skill, customer communication, and professional service standards to ensure exceptional customer experiences and strong company performance.

Technicians are expected to operate independently while following company systems and service processes.

• Run residential plumbing service calls, repairs, replacements, and diagnostics
• Diagnose plumbing issues and present Good / Better / Best solutions
• Communicate clearly with customers and office staff
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service truck
• Follow company SOPs, checklists, and ServiceTitan workflows
• Deliver professional service that earns 5-star reviews
• Build trust with homeowners and close recommended work ethically

Qualifications

• Residential and commercial service plumbing experience
• 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service software
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to diagnose and repair plumbing systems independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage time and maintain organized work processes
• Willingness to follow systems and be accountable for results
• Participation in scheduled on-call rotation
