Project Manager – HVAC, Plumbing & Refrigeration Installations

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead HVAC, Plumbing, and Refrigeration installation projects from initiation to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The Project Manager will supervise project engineers and collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to drive project success and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage installation projects across HVAC, Plumbing, and Refrigeration disciplines.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Analyze Profit & Loss reports and implement strategies to maximize project profitability.
• Estimate and process change orders efficiently.
• Source and track parts, materials, and equipment from vendors.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Create and revise CAD drawings (preferred).
• Review HVAC system designs and generate RFIs as needed.
• Draft and format project proposals.
• Develop tracking tools and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Support engineers in design-build and retrofit project specifications.
• Collaborate with the commercial sales team to provide system details for quotes and contracts.
• Oversee the preparation of submittals and RFI documentation by project engineers.
• Perform administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Performance Indicators:

• Timely and efficient completion of tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; AutoCAD experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and maintain productivity.
• Contribution to the growth and success of the Commercial Division.
• Strong problem-solving skills, positive attitude, and effective teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; AutoCAD experience is a plus.
• Background in HVAC, Plumbing, Hydronic systems, or related fields (preferred).
• Experience in construction or project management (preferred).
• Degree or certification in Construction Project Management, Engineering Technology, or a related trade.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-driven and capable of working independently.
