Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-home plumbing consultations and identify customer needs
- Present tailored, high-value plumbing solutions with confidence
- Close residential plumbing projects including repipes, tankless installs, and trenchless underground replacements
- Serve as the face of the company, providing exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with internal install teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Educate homeowners on the advantages of Navien systems and energy-efficient upgrades
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in residential plumbing sales and installations
- Proven success with commission-based, in-home plumbing sales
- Deep technical knowledge of tankless systems-Navien certification highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage sales appointments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
