·  AdventHealth Tampa, a faith-based not-for-profit 626-bed tertiary-level acute care hospital located in the uptown district of Tampa, Florida, specializes in advanced cardiovascular medicine, neuroscience and neurology, digestive health, orthopedics, women’s services, pediatrics, oncology, endocrinology, bariatrics, wound healing, sleep medicine and general surgery including minimally invasive and robot-assisted procedures. GME programs on the hospital campus currently include general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, internal medicine and transitional year.

The role you’ll contribute:

Installs, maintains and repairs plumbing systems and medical gas systems. Tests fire systems valves, tamper switches, fire pumps and dry deluge fire systems. Assists in operation and general maintenance of all essential repairs related to the facility.

·  Maintains complete and accurate records of all maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulatory standards including Federal, State, and Local regulations and standards.
·  Responsible for keeping current on maintenance logs.
·  Other duties as assigned.

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

·  High School Grad or Equiv Required
·  5+ Work Experience Required
·  Two+ years of maintenance experience
·  Driver's License (DL) Required
·  Plumbing License (PLB) Required
