Senior Plumbing Project Manager

Senior Plumbing Project Manager job in Orange County

Responsibilities:

• Oversee one or multiple commercial large plumbing mechanical projects
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on-time, and under budget and that we exceed general contractor and building owner requirements
• Mentor and train Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers and help them grow within the company
• Track and maintain project budgets and schedules
• Communicate and coordinatewith vendors and internal estimating and purchasing teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial plumbing project management experience working on large commercial projects
• Local, stable work-history
• Strong technical skills working with Excel, BlueBeam, and MS Project

Preferred:

• Prior field knowledge and/or Bachelors in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering
