Job Description:
JRT Mechanical is seeking someone who has an excellent attitude, willingness to learn, and is self-motivated. This person's role will be to take incoming customer calls and coordinate the dispatch of Service Technicians to the customer location. It will also involve working with the team in order to problem solve situations, while quickly and efficiently dispatching the service technicians. An ideal candidate has exceptional organizational, time management and teamwork skills. This position has a wide variety of administrative tasks performed on a daily basis.
This job will include the following responsibilities:
- Answering incoming customer calls
- Responding to customer inquiries through text or email
- Dispatching Service Tech's to customer locations
- Assisting the Project Manager in coordinating with manpower needs
- Problem solve situations day to day to achieve technician dispatching
- Working closely with customers to make sure their needs are met
- Other administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:

- Experience/Exposure to the plumbing and HVAC trades helpful
- Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus!

Pay: $22.00 - $38.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
