1 Tom Plumber Nashville is seeking a skilled and motivated Plumbing Technician to join our growing team. This is a high-performance, commission-driven role with a guaranteed minimum income, offering strong earning potential for technicians who take pride in quality work and customer service.
Compensation & Pay Structure
- Biweekly Pay
- Guaranteed Minimum: $1,800 per pay period
- Earn higher pay through a our commission structure:

$1,000 quarterly bonus for achieving $180,000 in revenue
