This position focuses on service work, ensuring plumbing systems are completed correctly and customers are fully satisfied. Our ideal candidate is dependable, professional, adaptable, and experienced in both troubleshooting and hands-on plumbing repairs.

What You’ll Do

• Complete service calls efficiently and professionally
• Diagnose plumbing issues and determine practical, cost-effective solutions
• Ensure all work meets company standards and customer expectations
• Communicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and team members
• Maintain a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Adapt to changing schedules, priorities, and jobsite conditions
• Perform physical plumbing work, including repairs under homes, digging, concrete work, and equipment operation
• Safely use ladders, jackhammers, hand tools, and plumbing equipment
• Accurately document work performed and materials used

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas Journeyman Plumber License required
• Minimum 4 years of plumbing experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls effectively
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Dependable attendance and professional attitude

Physical Requirements

This role is hands-on and physically demanding. Candidates must be able to:

• Lift up to 100 pounds
• Work in confined spaces and under homes
• Climb ladders, kneel, crawl, crouch, and stoop
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Operate plumbing tools and equipment safely
