Job Description:
Achieve company sales goals through active participation and proactive management. Assist in maintaining a smooth running operation while maximizing profitability.  To build trust within the department and assist apprentices in reaching their professional and personal goals.

• The estimated pay range for this role is $25 - $35 per hour based on experience.

• Plan and complete all necessary steps in the installation, maintenance, repair and servicing in water and drain systems
• Troubleshoot instances of system malfunctions, interruptions and failures
• Average 2 to 3 calls daily
• Adhere to the highest standards of quality, and safety
• Ensure proper billing, invoicing and daily documentation of activities
• Be accountable to the job.  Stay until the work is complete

• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Exhibit strong sales, customer service skills and communicates ideas effectively
• Maintaining a professional appearance is a must. Wearing the correct uniform is required
• Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills
• Able to work well with others

• 4 years High School or Equivalent

• 3-5 Years Service Plumbing

• Valid License and Clean Driving Record
• Journeyman Plumbing (preferred)
