O'Connor Plumbing is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Field Supervisor to lead our growing Commercial Service team throughout the Washington, DC Metro area.

We are actively recruiting experienced candidates from Richmond, VA who are interested in relocating to the DMV area. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Commercial Service Technicians and Apprentices.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on field support.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Review daily work orders and coordinate with dispatch, estimators, and office staff.
• Assist technicians with complex troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ensure all work meets company standards, safety requirements, and plumbing code compliance.
• Order materials and coordinate project needs.
• Coach, mentor, and develop technicians to improve performance and technical skills.
• Participate in the on-call rotation as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial plumbing experience
• Previous leadership, Foreman, or Field Supervisor experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred (not required)
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and computers
