Commercial Plumbing Field Supervisor

$90,000–$115,000 + $10,000 Sign-On Bonus + Take-Home Vehicle

O'Connor Plumbing is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Field Supervisor to lead our Commercial Service team throughout the Washington, DC Metro area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Commercial Service Technicians and Apprentices.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on field support.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits to ensure quality, safety, and productivity.
• Review daily work orders and coordinate with dispatch, estimators, and office staff.
• Assist technicians with complex troubleshooting and repairs.
• Ensure all work meets company standards, safety requirements, and plumbing codes.
• Order materials and coordinate project needs.
• Coach, mentor, and develop technicians to improve performance and skill level.
• Participate in the on-call rotation as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commercial plumbing experience
• Previous leadership, Foreman, or Field Supervisor experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred (not required)
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and computers

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000–$115,000 annual salary (based on experience)
