Magnolia Plumbing is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is focused exclusively on commercial plumbing systems and client needs. This position is ideal for a skilled plumbing professional with strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and experience working directly with commercial clients, property managers, and facilities teams. The Commercial Plumbing Sales Consultant will conduct on-site commercial assessments, identify system issues, and provide expert recommendations and solutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct commercial site visits to assess plumbing systems and identify service needs.
  • Diagnose issues and recommend appropriate commercial plumbing solutions.
  • Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for commercial plumbing work.
  • Present solutions clearly to property managers, facility teams, and commercial clients. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal office and field teams to ensure smooth project execution. 
  • Follow up on proposals to support approvals and scheduling. 
  • Maintain clear communication and professional conduct throughout all client interactions. 
Requirements
  •  Experience in commercial plumbing or commercial construction/service industry preferred 
  • Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and infrastructure 
  • Ability to assess system issues and recommend effective solutions 
  • Strong communication and consultative sales skills 
  • Experience with estimating or quoting commercial work is a plus 
  • Ability to manage multiple commercial projects and priorities 
  • Professional attitude with strong customer service skills 
  • Valid driver’s license required
