This is a great opportunity for a knowledgeable Plumber to mentor and bring up the next generation of plumbers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Recruit, mentor and retain adequate workforce
• Schedule and oversee 3-8 men, fostering grwowth and skill development
• Perform Quality Control Inspections
• Assist Onsite Super with Execution of work
• Assist Onsite Super with safety rules
• Assist in procurement of plumbing materials and equipment
• Facilitate the education and classroom hours

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master Plumber License
• Good communication skills
• Team Leader
