Journeyman Plumber

Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Compensation: $35-$40/hr DOE + Commission

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems
• Perform plumbing installations, replacements, and upgrades
• Service water heaters, fixtures, drains, piping, and other residential plumbing equipment
• Conduct routine maintenance and preventative service work
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
• Present solutions and recommendations that meet customer needs
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and communication
• Complete accurate service documentation and collect required job information
• Maintain compliance with local plumbing codes and company safety standards

What We're Looking For

• Journeyman-level plumbing experience
• 5+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Experience with ServiceTitan
• Proven experience with plumbing service, repair, troubleshooting, and installation work
• Strong sales aptitude and ability to recommend solutions with confidence and integrity
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
