The Role

The Lead Plumbing Install Technician is responsible for repairing plumbing systems in the most efficient manner with highest quality client experiences. The Lead Plumbing Install Technician works diligently to keep the project running smoothly and profitably with a positive attitude and desire to exceed client expectations.

What Will I Do?
  • Supervise plumbing teams on residential and/or commercial job sites.
  • Diagnose, install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and pipelines.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior plumbers and apprentices.
  • Complete assigned calls or in-shop repairs in a professional manner and to the best of his/her ability.
  • Accountable for meeting goals, following work rules, and proper conduct.
  • Adapt project work when necessary due to interruptions, scope changes, or other unforeseen conditions.
  • Complete service invoices and work orders properly and completely and collect (COD) from clients.
  • Promote the sale of other products, service, or work with each client including service agreements.
  • Maintain communication with internal teams.
  • Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
  • Properly complete required paperwork.
  • Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.

Do I have What It Takes?

  • Minimum four years field experience as a Lead Plumbing Installer in a Residential and/or Commercial setting (Required)
  • Valid driver’s license to drive company vehicle (Required)
  • Valid Plumbing Journeyman license (Preferred)
  • Thorough knowledge of plumbing system maintenance and repairs.
  • Ability to work in tight or confined spaces.

The compensation for this position is fully commission based and expected to range between $75,000 - $150,000 per year. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
