Location: Watertown, MA

Experience & Licensing Requirements

Licensed Electrician

  • 3+ years of residential electrical experience

  • Journeyman Electrician license preferred

Lead HVAC Installer

  • 3–5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience

  • Boiler experience strongly preferred

Install Coordinator

  • Prior experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical operations support preferred

  • Strong scheduling, coordination, and communication skills

Background, Driving & Compliance Requirements

  • Background check required

  • CORI check required

  • Must pass a strict driver insurability check through Arbella

  • Valid driver’s license required for field roles

Physical & Job Requirements (Electrician & Installer Roles)

Candidates must be able to:

  • Work comfortably on ladders ranging from 4’–32’

  • Occasionally work at heights of 15’ or more

  • Lift up to 50 lbs independently

  • Lift heavier items with assistance and company-provided tools

  • Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, rain, and snow

  • Spend extended periods standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, and reaching

Compensation

Electrician & Lead HVAC Installer

  • $35–$60 per hour, based on experience

  • Installer Incentive: 0.5% of monthly revenue production

Install Coordinator

  • Suggested Pay Range: $25–$32 per hour
    (Adjustable for experience)

Schedule & Work Expectations

  • Overtime available

  • No weekend work required
