We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused Licensed Plumber to join our growing team at Raymark. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality plumbing services while building strong relationships with customers through professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to residential and/or light commercial service calls to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues
• Troubleshoot and repair systems including leaks, clogs, water heaters, fixtures, and piping
• Perform routine maintenance and preventative service to ensure system reliability
• Clearly explain issues, solutions, and pricing to customers to help them make informed decisions
• Provide accurate estimates and recommend repair or replacement options when appropriate
• Complete same-day repairs whenever possible to maximize customer satisfaction
• Maintain a fully stocked and organized service vehicle
• Document all work performed, including parts used, time spent, and service notes
• Deliver exceptional customer service to build trust and long-term relationships
• Follow all safety protocols, plumbing codes, and company standards

What We’re Looking For

• PL01 or PL02 Journeyman License (required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment & Schedule

• Based out of our Lake City office in Seattle, WA
• Hours may vary depending on business needs
• Overtime opportunities available

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces
• Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity
